i have read the 315 footprint is only 3x3 but i’ve heard of people using them in a 4x4.. what do you guys think?if that isn’t enough i am considering using 2 3x3s with a 315 in each.. but would like to continue using one fan so i can keep my overall energy expenditure relatively the same as what i am using now.i’m also concerned with the heat of cmh.. as i’ve been using a fan-cooled light with my hps but those don’t seem to be available for CMH. Would i need air cooled hoods?

The best coverage in a 4x4 is 2 315s. I'm not experienced in LED lights but I do use cmh.

How do you think I get away with running 4x 315 cmh in all BIG kahuna hoods in an 8x12x7 room thays offset 2.5" from center and pull HUGE numbers.
