I only use 1/4tspn 1 cup water salt solution to clean it, and barely play with it.I really don’t want to take it out, but I had a similar growth on my tongue piercing which I took out, and you can still see it though it’s tiny.The jewelery is stainless steel, could it be my body reacting to that? My lip swelled up for a couple hours and it bled when I put the laborer back in, it has some pain but like the pain from when it’s really cold and the metal of my laborer freezes.hey, ive had snake bites since February 2012 and i have not had an infection or any problems a all with my piercing. i think its a scar and will have it forever. I have gone through all of the obvious steps and I havent seen any significant change. I prefer rings so this is an annoying issue.I’m going to copy what so many people have said.
